AND SAFETY SAFETY
Access to Time Tripper implies acceptance of the following rules and safety instructions.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
In order to guarantee the safety of Players during TIME TRIPPER Activities, each Player must comply with the conditions described below. Participation in an Activity implies knowledge and acceptance by each Player (or responsible adult companion) of the following conditions:
Minimum age 8, with :
For minors under 14: mandatory participation of at least one responsible adult player per team with children under 10.
For young people aged 14 to 17 inclusive: a responsible adult must be present at the TIME TRIPPER center for the duration of the Activity and related services.
As the legal representative, I undertake to inform minors of the safety instructions and house rules.
TIME TRIPPER staff reserve the right to ask for proof of identity in order to verify the age of the Player(s).
Not pregnant
Not be on medication and have no heart problems
Not be prone to claustrophobia or epilepsy (Players are never locked in and can leave any room at any time).
Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or tranquilizers
Be in good physical condition and have no medical contraindications or joint problems.
Have a good knowledge of their physical abilities and limits. Each Player is the sole judge of his or her own ability to attempt certain events.
Players with visual or hearing impairments can access certain rooms. Some TIME TRIPPER events are not suitable for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility, as they involve moving quickly, climbing or crawling. As a result, the cells are not specifically adapted for PRMs.
On the other hand, TIME TRIPPER 's reception areas, washrooms and snack bar are fully accessible to PRMs.
TIME TRIPPER reserves the right to refuse access to the game area to any person who does not respect the conditions of participation, without this person being able to claim any reimbursement or indemnity, and this as a safety measure for the said person and his/her entourage.
TIME TRIPPER RULES OF PROCEDURE
To ensure smooth operation and safety for all, all customers, players and attendants must abide by TIME TRIPPER 's internal rules:
It is strictly forbidden to:
- bringing outside food or drink into TIME TRIPPER;
- to enter the Adventure Park with food or drink;
- smoking in the entire TIME TRIPPER Center;
- bring animals into TIME TRIPPER;
- to bring into TIME TRIPPER any illegal or dangerous substances, dangerous objects (in particular sharp or flammable objects, or any weapons of an offensive or defensive nature, whatever their category), objects or toys having the appearance of a firearm (e.g. laser pistols, water pistols, etc.) likely to endanger the safety of TIME TRIPPER staff or other Players, or any other object that TIME TRIPPER considers inappropriate or disruptive ;
Respectful behavior and appropriate dress are mandatory;
No use of any form of violence (verbal or physical);
Obligation to comply with all safety instructions and rules posted and/or provided and/or dictated by staff;
It is forbidden to use the emergency exits or any other safety equipment except in an emergency (e.g. evacuation, fire, etc.), failing which the costs incurred by the offending Players will be billed to the customer;
Respect for the cleanliness of the premises and the obligation to maintain the TIME TRIPPER Center and its equipment in perfect condition, failing which the costs of repairs and maintenance will be billed to the customer and/or the person responsible for the damage. The use of force in TIME TRIPPER events is forbidden;
It is forbidden to take photos or film the rooms and their equipment without written authorization from TIME TRIPPER. Please note that cell phones and other audio and/or video recording equipment (cameras, etc.) are not permitted in the rooms and may be damaged or lost during the Activity.
TIME TRIPPER reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not respect the rules (obligations, safety, behavior, etc.) of this article.
No refund or compensation will be made.
It is understood that each participant is considered as a third party with respect to the other participants, and that he/she hereby declares that he/she is covered by civil liability insurance.
