here are the rules you must abide by before starting your mission.
Time Tripper is a brand of SAS Fabb&Co
RESERVATION
Individuals: reservations are firm upon payment of the service. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the organizer.
No reimbursement will be made for any reduction in numbers less than 72 hours before the event.
Professionals (companies, works councils, schools, associations, etc.): your event reservation will only be confirmed once we have received your signed and stamped quotation and full payment.
Any reduction in numbers less than 7 days before the date of the event will be invoiced.
CANCELLATION
Individuals: in accordance with article 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, no reservation may be cancelled or refunded except in the case of cancellation by Time Tripper alone.
Professionals: Cancellation fees will be charged according to the following scale:
30 days or more before the event: 50% of the cost of the service
Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of the cost of the service
PAYMENT ON SITE
Credit card, cheque, cash or ANCV vacation voucher.
INSURANCE
Time Tripper declares that it has taken out professional liability insurance.
It is understood that each participant is considered as a third party with regard to the other participants, and that he/she declares that he/she is insured for civil liability (generally included in your home insurance).
Exhibits and personal effects are not insured by Time Tripper under any circumstances. The company cannot be held responsible for damage of any kind, in particular fire or theft, which may affect personal objects or equipment deposited on the premises, including the Time Tripper company parking lot.
MINORS
Minors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in each game room to help them on their adventure.
Epok Zombie is not recommended for children under 12.
CNIL

MISCELLANEOUS
Our challenges may require "physical effort". Participants are required to declare that they are in good health and have no problems such as cardiac dysfunction or respiratory problems.
Some challenges are not recommended for pregnant women or people suffering from claustrophobia.
The customer accepts that his or her name may be mentioned, and that photographs or film footage of extracts from our services may be taken and used by time Tripper in any written, audiovisual or multimedia medium, whether known or unknown, including brochures, posters, CD-ROMs and websites, for internal use and/or the promotion and advertising of time Tripper, for an unlimited period of time and worldwide.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS
I acknowledge that I have read the rules and regulations available on the rules and regulations website and undertake to inform the whole group of them.
COMPLAINT
All complaints must be sent to Time Tripper by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Confirmation of a reservation implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.
